These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or the "User") and Starpact Global Services("we", "us", or "our"), the owner and operator of the Easy GST Billing software and the website at easygstbilling.in (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to bind the Business Entity for which you purchase or use the Software. Your continued use of the Service following any revision of these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to your full payment and ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable Lifetime License to install and use the Software for the internal business purposes of a single Business Entity. The License Key is confidential and personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining its secrecy and for all activity conducted under it.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or revocation of your License Key without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us at law.
We provide a fully functional free trial covering your first ten (10) invoices. The trial is offered so that you may verify the Software's suitability, performance, and compatibility with your device before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Software thoroughly during the trial.
Prices for the Lifetime License are displayed on the Service and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. A GST tax invoice is issued to the email address you provide; where you supply a valid GSTIN at checkout, it will be reflected on the invoice to enable input tax credit. You are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
Because a free 10-invoice trial is available to every user, we ask that you complete your evaluation before purchasing. If you believe a charge was made in error or you experience a verifiable technical issue that we are unable to resolve, please contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
The Lifetime License includes minor updates and bug fixes for the purchased major version of the Software. Major version upgrades or substantial new features released in future may be offered as a paid upgrade; however, the version you purchased will continue to function for that version indefinitely. We provide reasonable email-based support but do not guarantee specific response or resolution times.
The Software, the website, and all associated content, trademarks, logos, and source code are the exclusive property of Starpact Global Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a licence to use the Software only and do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Easy GST Billing is an offline-first application. We do not host, sync, or back up your invoices, customer records, or inventory on our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your local data using the Software's built-in export features and for ensuring that the GST invoices and records you generate comply with the prevailing laws of the Government of India. You remain responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter and the tax positions you adopt.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every regulatory requirement applicable to your specific business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Starpact Global Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service. This includes, without limitation, tax calculation errors, data loss due to hardware failure, or regulatory penalties incurred by your business. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the License Key.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starpact Global Services and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your licence with immediate effect if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Software ceases; provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or our business. The revised Terms become effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
