Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the Easy GST Billing software. This license is intended for a single business entity. Distributing, sharing, or reselling your activation key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without refund.
We provide a fully functional, free 10-invoice trial. We strongly encourage all users to utilize this trial period to ensure the software perfectly meets their business needs and is compatible with their device before purchasing the lifetime license.
Easy GST Billing is an offline-first application. We do not host, sync, or backup your invoices or customer data on our servers. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure their local data is backed up (using the built-in export features) and that their generated GST invoices comply with current Government of India tax regulations. We are not liable for any tax calculation errors, data loss due to hardware failure, or regulatory penalties incurred by your business.
The lifetime license includes minor software updates and bug fixes for the current version of the application. Major version upgrades or significant new features introduced in the future may require an additional upgrade fee, though your original purchased version will remain functional indefinitely.
